Payment Terms

Innovative Home Systems accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.  Export orders may be subject to special export payment terms and conditions.  All payments must be in U.S. dollars.

Shipping Charges

• All items are shipped UPS Ground.
• Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the item and the order destination.   To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your shopping cart and then click the Proceed to Checkout button.  On the order confirmation page you can see the prices and estimated delivery charges.
• Products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point with shipping and handling fees paid by Innovative Home Systems and charged to the customer.  C.O.D. shipments are not permitted.  Other terms and conditions may apply for shipments outside the United States.  Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier.  If product is damaged in transit, customer must file claim with the carrier.

Order Confirmation

• Orders usually ship within 48 hours
• When your order ships you will receive an order confirmation e-mail containing the shipping date and UPS Tracking Number.
